TERMS ORDERING Thank you for your interest in our rods, reels and accessories. Orders may be placed very quickly by online shopping. If you would like us to build you your dream split cane rod, please contact us using the information on our contact site. In cooperation we will calculate the perfect fitting rod taper. According to your component etc. choices we will send you a detailed offer for your personal rod. Only when the signed proposal is received and a deposit of 50% of the total amount has been payed in full will work on your rod commence. CANCELLATION  Orders may be canceled within 7 working days free of charge. After this period the order is valid and non refundable. If the finalized rod will not been accepted, we will keep the deposit as a compensation. SHIPPING Your rod will be securely packed and shipped via registered insured mail. Shipping and insurance will be included in the original offer. GUARANTY Each of our rods is built to a high degree of accuracy and precision. We use hand selected Tonkin Bamboo (Arundinaria Amabilis), select name brands and proven adhesives and finishes. All rods must pas through a strict quality check before shipping. For these reasons the one owner receives a non transferable lifetime guarantee against the craftsmanship. Excluded are damages due to accidents or misuse.
